Margy was an exceptional wife, mother, and nana. She cared deeply for her family and friends. She did this not out of obligation, but because of who she was. She was always the first to offer help and be there when anybody needed it. Margy was an inspiration to many people by taking on a new career when she turned 50. She became an LVN through the adult school program taught by her sister and she was an exceptional nurse for 15 years.
Margy loved baseball, chocolate, coffee, all animals, the beach, visiting the zoo, and loved movies like Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, Goonies, Tombstone, and Christmas Vacation. More than anything, Nana loved her grandkids. She talked about them to anyone who would listen and was so proud of all of them.
Margy is survived by her daughters Stacy and Kelly and her six grandchildren: Krissy, Cody, Russell, Kyle, Marcus, and Ricky. She was preceded in death by her husband Russ Spalding.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.millerchapel.com for the Spalding family.
