

Pearl Elizabeth Gonzales, age 68, passed away with her family and friends at her side on Friday, May 21, 2021. She was born on January 1, 1953 in Visalia, California to Jim and Vicky Gonzales and resided in her family home (built by her father) until her passing. Pearl attended Highland and Houston Elementary School, Green Acres Jr. High School, and Redwood High School. She was also a very proud graduate of both UC Davis and Fresno State, obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and her teaching credentials. Pearl went on to become a teacher for Farmersville Unified School District, where she devotedly taught her entire career. Pearl lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed driving her ‘63 Impala, going to the movies, attending concerts, and traveling the world with friends and family. Left to honor Pearl and carry on her legacy are her four siblings, Henry, Harvey, Richard, and Arlene Gonzales, 13 nieces and nephews, 2 great nieces, and 1 great nephew. Pearl was preceded in death by both of her parents.
Services will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 10:30am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 608 N. Church St. Visalia, California 93291.
