He was the son of Ralph Jr. and Oleta Hill. He attained an AA degree from Reedley College and was married to Bernice Carolyn Hill on October 10, 1980 until his death.
His hobbies were endless golf, flying, puzzles, art, music, and playing Mexican train with many friends twice a week. He was a member at the Visalia Country Club, Visalia Seventh Day Adventist Church, Tulare Flying Club, and was a proud Navy retiree.
After the death of his mom and dad, he is survived by his wife, Bernice Carolyn Hill, his brothers Ralph Jr., Roger Hill and his wife Teri from Phoenix, AZ, brother-in-law Feedy Mares and his wife Susan and their son Nicholas from Fullerton, CA, and numerous nieces and nephews in Arizona, Oregon and Georgia.
Services will be held at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Visalia, located at 1310 South Woodland Street. Viewing will begin at 10:00am, funeral service at 10:30 am and burial at 12:00 noon at the Visalia Cemetery at 1300 West Goshen Avenue. Reception will begin at 1:00 pm at the Visalia Country Club at 625 North Ranch Street in Visalia.
