Wilbert Boots Leon Webb

Wilbert Leon Webb, known to all that met him as “Boots”, was born April 3rd, 1939 in Kellyville, Oklahoma. He went home to be with the Lord on October 1st, 2010 after a short illness. Boots was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a lifelong friend to many in the community.

He graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in 1958 then proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. Upon return from the call of duty he was a member of the local business community for over 40 years as a barber, store owner, tax consultant, and engaged in many other business adventures.

Boots is survived his daughters, Kelly Jung and husband Martin of Visalia, Stacey Jared and husband Rodney of Visalia. A Sister, Joan Donaldson of Hollister, Niece Sandy Trola of Hollister and his long time companion Annette Box of Visalia. Boots was blessed with four grandchildren, Katee, Allison, Mackenzie, Nicholas and one great grandchild Elizabeth.

Boots will be truly missed by family and friends. Graveside services will be held at Visalia Cemetery on Tuesday October 12th at 11:00am with a reception following. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity in memory of Boots Webb.
