She is survived by her sons, Michael C. Martin (Donna) and Randy Martin; daughter, Kathy Toole; grandchildren, Kristen and Hailey Toole, and Michelle Lucas; and brothers, Ronnie Ellisor, Wayne Smith, and Tim Smith.
She was predeceased by her husband, John Martin; sister, Jackie Harrison; brother, David Ellisor; and granddaughter, Missy Crossland.
A visitation will be held for Charlene from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home – West Columbia Chapel, 820 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170. A graveside service will take place at 2:30 PM on Friday, April 12, 2024 at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, South Carolina 29170.
