ST. MATTHEWS – A memorial service for Frank Edward Parker, 79, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel. The family will receive friends directly after the service at the Chapel, followed by a private burial in the Garden of Gethsemane. Mr. Parker was born February 21, 1937 in Cayce, SC and passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2016. He was the son of the late Sam Parker and Beatrice Ellisor Parker. Mr. Parker was self-employed and owned several businesses in the span of his career.
Mr. Parker is survived by a daughter, T. Parker-Alexander, two grandchildren, Nicole Hendricks and Ashley Parker; one great grandchild; sisters, Mary Love Sharpe (Ray), Patricia Jones (Dan); brothers, Phillip E. Parker (Ann), John W. Parker (Marion), Paul R. (Bud) Parker and his beloved dog, Ms. Tiger.
Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
