Joyce Cook Whaley, 77, of Lexington, SC, passed on December 7, 2020. She was born on December 12, 1942 in Norlina, North Carolina and was the daughter of the late Joe L. Cook and Katie Elizabeth Jones Cook.
Ms. Whaley retired from Norfolk Southern Railway with over 3 decades of service. She was a graduate of Brookland-Cayce High School class of 1960.
She was predeceased by her husband, James Levern Whaley.
An entombment will be at 11:00 A.M. on December 11, 2020 at Southland Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 700 West Dunbar Rd., West Columbia, SC 29170.
