LEXINGTON – Funeral services for Rebecca A. Childers Wilson, 67, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 10, 2015 at Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the church. The Rev. Gene Henderson will conduct the service.
Rebecca was born July 14, 1948 in Gastonia, NC and passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. She was a daughter of Flora Steele, Jacksonville, FL.
Surviving are her daughters, Elizabeth Platts (David) of Pelion and Samantha Wilson of Lexington; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Pud Bill Therrell of Jacksonville, FL, Dosh and Max Duncan of Pocca, WV. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
