A veteran of the Army and the Texas National Guard, he served with honor and distinction with 35 years of service to State and country.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Martha Lynn Farmer, two sons, Larry Farmer and Henry Farmer, Jr., three daughters, Jenny Bohannon of Marquez, TX, Laurie Mazza and Tracie Roe, both of Waco, his younger brother, Lloyd Farmer, Jr. and his sister Elizabeth Cathey and several grandchildren.
Viewing services will be held Tuesday, 18 November 2014, from 6 – 8 pm at the Connally/Compton Funeral Home located at 4400 West Waco Drive. Graveside services will be held at the Rosemound Cemetery in Waco, Wednesday, 19 November 2014 at 2 pm.
