Nancy and Stan Price

Nancy Ann and Stancel Howard Price, Jr., of Robinson, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, April 26, 2013 at Connally/Compton Funeral Directors Chapel with Pastor Elsa Wylie officiating. A private interment will be held at a later time.

Nancy was born on June 13, 1964 in Okinawa, Japan to Robert and Yaeko Kishimoto Teeter. Stancel was born on October 14, 1964 in Waco to Stancel and Wanda Sawyer Price. They met while serving their country in the United States Air Force during the Desert Storm Operation. They were married on March 23, 1989 at Sheppard Air Force base in Wichita Falls, Texas. Nancy was a math teacher at University High School in Waco for nine years. She joined Waco ISD in August of 1998. She taught two years at University Middle School and four years at Cesar Chavez Middle School. In 2011-2012, she was named University High's Outstanding Teacher. Nancy also loved to bowl and enjoyed karate. Stan worked for the Brazos River Authority and was the MacGyver of Waco. He was an extremely active person, playing golf, boating and he loved carpentry. They are survived by their sons, Nicholas and Brandon Price.

Nancy is also survived by her parents, Robert and Yaeko Teeter, grandmother, Hideko Kishimoto, sisters, Marcia Faulkner and Toni Maderis, nieces, Sierra & Chantal and nephew, Joshua. Stan is survived by his mother, Wanda Jo Price and his sister, Melynda Ash and her husband, Steve. His father preceded him in death.
