Memorial services will be held 7 p.m., Friday, December 11, at Connally Compton Funeral Directors Chapel.
TC was born January 8, 1957 in Los Angeles to Tuffy and Hazel (Noyes) Collins. He loved to tell his life stories to his family and friends. Some of the things he enjoyed doing were fishing, camping and the outdoors. TC was always there for anyone who was in need whether family, friends or a stranger.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Fancy Brice.
Survivors include his twin sister, Olive Traylor-Gomez; brothers, George Noyes and wife Charlotte and Robert Noyes and wife Marla; his adopted son, Eric Meade; several nieces and nephews.
