Alfred was born on October 4, 1934, to Antonio & Maria in Naga City, Philippines.
He is survived by his wife; Jocelyn Ulat & his children; Kyra Ulat, Monique Baltero, Tjay Magbual, and Norman Villarama. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 2 sisters, Mellette Nazareth, and Jean Gonzalez. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and extended ohana.
He was a skilled private accountant for the community, helping many with taxes for years.
