Allen George Cordeiro, 78, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2024, at Hale Makua. He was born and raised in Camp 1, Spreckelsville, Maui, Hawaii, and later lived in Kahului. A proud graduate of Maui High School, Allen dedicated his life to being an 18-wheeler truck driver.He had a passion for fishing, diving, remote control cars, go-karts, motorcycles, and classic cars, which brought him much joy throughout his life.Allen is survived by his daughter, Tina (Levy) Silva; his grandchildren, Tiana Ackerman, Dahlton Cordeiro Silva, Kiara Ackerman, Dallen Silva, and Devin Silva; his great-grandchildren, Tia, Teya, Landyn, and Kalea; his brothers, Gordon and Glenn Cordeiro; his sister, Sandra Pasion; and numerous nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 56 years, Stella, and his daughter, Ivy.A Celebration of Life for Allen will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Norman’s Mortuary. Visitation will begin at 8:30 AM, followed by the service at 10:00 AM. A bike and classic car convoy to Makawao Veteran’s Cemetery will take place at 12:15 PM, with burial at 1:00 PM.
