Dennis Mamoru Nikaido

April 16, 1953 - July 15, 2025

Dennis, 72, peacefully passed on July 15, 2025 in Kahului, Maui under the care of Hospice Maui. He was born and raised on Maui on April 16, 1953.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Zepha, siblings; Masaichi (Ade), Carol, Leatrice, and George, stepchildren; Bronson, Jason, Kai and Tami and best buddy/brother, Winston Yokote.

He left behind 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandkids, and 2 doggies.

Dennis is predeceased by his Parents; Sakai and Tsuyako Nikaido, brother; Minoru, and grandson; Izaiah.

Dennis was a long time employee of the Ah Fook’s Supermarket. In Dennis’s younger years, he enjoyed camping, fishing, picking opihi, gambling and taking trips to Vegas. In his later years, he enjoyed gardening, watching Korean drama, spending time with his dogs and hanging out with his best buddy, Winston.

As per Dennis’s wishes, no funeral or memorial services will be held.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the Hospice Maui nurses and staff for providing compassionate care and support during his final weeks.
