Estrella Cacal Bantilan, 83, of Kahului, Maui, passed away on August 7, 2024 in Honolulu under the care of St. Francis Hospice. She was born on October 26, 1940 in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to Apolonio & Valeriana Cacal.
Estrella is survived by her husband William Bantilan and her children Brian Bantilan, Alan Bantilan, Yvette (Andrew) Bouthillier, Eric (Suzanne) Bantilan, and Kelley (Jonathan) Acosta. She is also survived by her grandchildren Wesley Bantilan, Megan Bouthillier, Nicole Bantilan, Jonathan Acosta Jr., Justin Acosta; and her sister Feliza Guerrero.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 19, 2024 at Christ The King Church. Public visitation will begin at 9:15am, followed by Eulogy at 10:15am, and final viewing at 10:30am. Mass will start at 11:00am. Burial will follow at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku at 1:30pm.
