Florentina Tabuyo Acpal

Florentina Tabuyo Acpal passed away on April 20, 2025 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Santo Domingo, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on February 14, 1932 to †Victorino Tabuyo and †Clara Pacleb.

Florentina moved to Maui in 1977, she worked at Hyatt Regency Maui. She loved sewing, listening to the radio and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Dominador (†Norma) Acerador, Wilihada (Jim) Eubanks, †Ernesto Acerador, Emedina (Milo) Pentinio, Rey (Imelda) Acerador, †Jesus Acerador.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Gwendolyn (Froilan) Real, †Marjorie Acerador, Liezel Acerador, Derwin James Acerador, Hazelyn Acerador, Cherry Laine Acerador, Jun (Shauna) Riglos, Sergeant First Class (RET) Junior (Janis) Riglos, Marlon (Juliet) Rivada, Tina Cheryl (Alberto Jr.) Tumpap, Charlene (John Jr.) Pali, Gina (†Frederick Jr.) Brittian, Rowena (Alex) Vallesteros, Michelle (Jorjet) Palecpec, Rachel Acerador, Rowell Ujano, Crystal Ujano, Mark Wesley Bagcal, Reynaldo Acerador Jr., Karen (Nowell) Ancheta and 42 Great Grandchildren

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025 at Norman’s Mortuary in Wailuku, Public Visitation is at 6:00 p.m.; Service at 7:00 p.m.; Service will continue on Saturday, May 10 2025 at Holy Rosary Church in Paia, Public Visitation is at 9:00 a.m.; Mass at 10:00 a.m.; Burial at 12:00 p.m. at Valley Isle Memorial Park Cemetery in Haiku.
