Galen Hirotoshi Kiyota 62, of Kihei passed away on July 20, 2024. He is survived by his wife Rie and two sons Shane and Tyler of Maui and Evelyn and Sharon of Oahu, his mother and sister respectively.
His most recent employer was Towne Realty of Hawaii and when he had a moment to spare, gave his time to the Maui Arts and Cultural Center spreading his love for the arts to guests from home and abroad. Prior to that, Galen worked at The Four Seasons, Wailea Golf Club, Island Honda, Hamai Appliance and State Farm Insurance where he dedicated his life to providing the best customer service experience while positively touching the lives everyone he came into contact with. He also loved golf, football, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Galen will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
In lieu of a traditional funeral, a private celebration of life will be held to reflect on Galen’s vibrant spirit.
