John passed away on June 15, 2013 in Kihei surrounded by his loving friends and family that came from all over the world to spend his last week with him.
John married the love of his life, Renee Satterthwaite on June 13 after a 22 year courtship.
John and Renee moved to Maui in 2002 because of their love of the ocean and the outdoors, hiking, camping all over the islands. John was a hot air balloon pilot and over of music and people.
He graduated from the University of Scranton with a communication degree.
We will celebrate John’s life with a sunset pupu potluck on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Waipulani Park behind the Maui Sunset.
