Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday, January 25, 2013 at Borthwick Norman’s Mortuary, with visitation from 9 am, Services at 11:00 am and 12:30 pm burial at Valley Isle Memorial Park, Pauwela.
He was a retired irrigator with HC&S.
He is survived by his wife, Sofia N. Balmores; sons, Jose (Cheryl) Balmores, Jr., Raymond Balmores and Orlando (Vanessa L.) Balmores; daughters, Roseline (Henry) Balmores and Anita (Clarence) Roberts; 5 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
