Mildred was predeceased by her siblings Edward "Sonny" Haole, Alvin "Buddy" Haole, Morris Haole, and Katherine "Phyllis" Ferreira. She is survived by her 4 children, Alvin "Buddy" (Gayle) Helm, Leonard (Naila) Helm, Edwin "Brother" (Jonette) Helm, and Rodney Helm and 8 grandchildren- Joshua, Issac, Elizabeth (Tootie), Matthew, Jennifer, Stacey, Adam and Wesley. 11 great grandchildren Julian, Leah, Jasmine, Kanoa, Brooklyn, Prestyn, Makenna, Bryce, Bryant, Lucas and Millie Rose.
The ohana would like to acknowledge Hospice Maui for their compassionate care. Her ohana will always be grateful for the many nurses who helped care for their Mama.
Services will take place Friday, November 15, 2024 at St. Joseph Church in Makawao Visitation will be from 9:30am, Mass at 11am, Burial to follow at St. Joseph cemetery.
