Services will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at Ballard Family Mortuary, with visitation from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm; services over urn at 4:00 pm. Private scattering will be held at a later date.
He was a glazier in the construction trade.
He is survived by his sons, Jarrett Chang, Philip Chang and Robert Chang; his daughters, Kellie (Jeremy) Iniba and Ashley Chang; brothers, Garvin Chang, Dudley Chang, Mark Chang and Colburn Aragosa; sisters, Vivian Ishizaki, Claudia Wallwork, Cheryl McPhee, Sonia Saloka, Alva Wales, Alverna Dortzmann, Donna Alexander, Audrey Kanana Haralon and Beverly Weaver; his former wife, Georgia Ann Reinhardt and his companion, Lan Li.
He was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Martha Smith Chang; sister, Lovena Miguel and brother, Robert Wayne Chang.
