Vernon Anthony Cordeiro

Vernon Anthony Cordeiro, 92, of Kahului, Maui passed away on March 3, 2026 at Maui Memorial Medical Center surrounded by family. He was born on August 30, 1933 in Puunene, Maui to The Late David and Nina Cordeiro.

Vernon worked and retired as the Laundry Manager for Maui Memorial Medical Center.

He had a deep love for playing baseball and softball and was an incredible golfer, spending many happy hours on the field and out on the course doing what he loved most. He also took great pride in maintaining his yard with amazing detail.

Vernon is Predeceased by his loving wife Marianne Cordeiro.

He is survived by his sister, Martha Jean Tam Sing, His daughters: Cynthia Cordeiro, Jody (Timothy) Kele, His son: Eric (Ivy) Cordeiro, Grandchildren: Ivy (Donald) Tilley, Daniel DeLima Jr., Noah Kele, Micah Kele, Great grandsons: Jordan Amoral, Isaac DeLima, Great great grandsons: Axell Kekiwi-Amoral, Iverson DeLima.

Funeral Service for Vernon will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Norman’s Mortuary, Public Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m., Service at 11:00 a.m., Private Burial will be held by family.
