I would like to extend my sympathy to all of Don's family and friends. Don was my contact at the U.S.Mint for many,many years. He was always pleasant and professional to work with. He will be sorely missed in the armored transportation industry. Rest in peace.

Don was my best friend for over 30 years. I am happy to see that he has touched so many others. My sincere condolences to his dad Tom, his sister Elaine and her husband Tim. Also to Bryan, Emily and Scott. My children called him Uncle Don also. I will truly miss my friend.

We send our deepest condolences to the Wheatley family in your time of sorrow. Don was a customer at The Olde Philadelphia Inn in Rosedale Maryland and was a very special person to all of us. Words cannot describe how pleasant he was to every employee and customer that dwelled at the OPI. He was sweet and funny and was the highlight of our day. We will miss him very much.
