Michael Chester Lantz 66 passed away on Saturday July 10, 2021 at his home in Mechanicsville. He was born on July 30, 1954 to Chester G. Lantz and Janet R. (Finch) Lantz. He spent many years as a volunteer firefighter for the Volunteer Fire Department of Brandywine. He was also a member of Crusin' Southern Maryland. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Carolyn F. (Jacobsen) Lantz. His son Michael Chester Lantz, Jr. Of Mechanicsville and his daughter Stephanie Michelle Lantz of Glen Burnie. Also his three granddaughters, Alexis Lantz, Jamie Lantz and Shaianne Lucas. Brother of Cheryl Cooksey, Margery Bailey (Ronnie), and Beverly Sprouse (Ray). Visitation will be held Wednesday July 14, 2021 at Huntt Funeral Home in Waldorf from 5pm to 8pm. The funeral service will be held at Huntt
Funeral Home on Thursday July 15 at 12:45pm with internment following at Trinity Memorial Gardens. Waldorf, MD.
