Stella May Canfield

Stella Mae Canfield left our world Tuesday morning to begin another journey with the Lord. Stella was a very amazing women. Loving and caring, she helped many. She left her life in Calif. to be near her two older brothers.

Buying a place out in the country, one brother called it a “rock pile.” She did different jobs, from Avon, banking, AAA salesman, then DSHS where she retired. She belonged to the Ashue Grange. She was there many years, involved with many different functions and fund raisers. She also administrated for the deaf, working with different groups around the state. Besides having all this enjoyment, she was surrounded by many family members and friends, who she loved making memories with.

Stella is survived by husband: Ralph Canfield Jr., children: Ralph Canfield III (skip), John Canfield (Kathy Canfield:, and Suzanne Stark (Tim Stark), grandchildren: Patricia Monoian, Tawyna Canfield (Dave Ruth), Steven Canfield (Laura Day), Christina Wilson, Craig Marts (Shaina Marts), Andrew Marts, Amy Stark, John Canfield Jr., and Jennifer Canfield, great-grandchildren: Kayann Canfield, Cori Leach, Eva Monoian, Christian Canfield, Chet Canfield, Saedei Whiting, Kaleb Petitte, Destiny Canfield, Savanna Canfield, Tucelia Day, Xavier Day, Vincent Day, great-great-grandchildren: Joey Rocha, Kayden Leach, additional family: Tom Allen, Patty Tixier, and Tina Hanshew.

Graveside Service will be held at Reservation Community Memorial Park on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at 11:00 a.m., 5161 W. Wapato Rd., Wapato, WA 98951 (Wapato Cemetery). Merritt Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.

 

 
