With thanks and praise we honor Al for his service in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Al served as an E-4 Specialist and Radio Repairman, serving at Fort Knox, Fort Gordon, and lastly at Fort Hamilton, New York. Al would also rejoin the workforce as a repairman at Michigan Bell and later AT&T, where he retired after more than 30 years of faithful service in 2001.
Al and his wife made their home in the burgeoning community of Warren. While living in Warren the couple raised their three daughters within a loving and fun, Polish household. Over the years there were too many celebrations and parties to count.
Al was a hardworking simple guy who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He was humble, kind, and generous, especially when it came to his wife and girls. He will be forever remembered as a good man who loved his wife and cherished daughters and their families.
