I never got to meet Cara in person and we were just planning a trip to see each other. The day before she passed we talked about how she wanted me to be there when her cat gave birth and that she just got a big payout from her job. I wish we could have our random conversations and spam of reels or another sleepless night playing games just for one more day. Cara will forever be in my heart

Most people drag themselves in for an overnight, but Cara? She made it look easy, I quickly learned she didn’t just do her job — 
she owned it. While others were thinking about how much longer until sunrise, Cara was three steps ahead, keeping things running like a smooth night train. She had this steady rhythm: checking tasks, making sure nothing slipped, and even cracking the occasional dry joke that somehow made the night feel shorter. Now, when I think about overnight shifts, I think about Cara. Quiet confidence, steady hands, and a work ethic that shines brightest in the hours most people sleep through. Cara will be deeply missed, not just for what she’s done here, but for who she is. We’ll remember the way she made the long nights feel a little lighter, and we’ll carry that with us. She’s been more than an employee — she’s been a friend, a steady light in the dark hours, and someone we’ll always be grateful for. God bless you and your family Cara.🙏

Cara, working with you was a blessing. An overall great person. When I joined overnights, I was terrified of all the stuff I didnt know. She would know when I was bluffing, and quietly pull me to the side and explain the correct process. Cara knew when i was panicking, and she got me out of a million jams. I didnt need to say anything, Cara could read my face, and that level of empathy and compassion is extremely rare. A very special and unique person who always made me laugh. I cherish my time spent working with her and may God bless Cara and her family.

Cara, it’s honestly sad to see you go so soon. I remember the dumb stuff we’d talk about on and off the phone and also the fun times we had playing games together. Your memories will forever live on in my heart, it’s so unfortunate to see you go so early. I really can’t believe it still and i really don’t want to, you were a great friend and i’d do anything to talk to you at least one last time. I love ya man. You’re resting in peace now, thank you for the memories you brought me. Forever 22.💞

Cara and Brooklyn came to work for Wal-Mart as our store was remodeling.   They both excelled as workers and as just being good people.  When Brooklyn moved away we were lucky that Cara stayed and spread her wings with us.  She was a person who always cared about other people and doing the right thing.  I  can truly say she was a light and we were all blessed for the time she shared with us.

God bless you  Cara ❤️ i will cherish the memories and the times we spent together . Like the one time we played that fighting game with our whole friend group and you were just naturally good at it . And we would always get so mad because of how good you were. And also I cant forget the long calls we had when we would just stay up till the morning just talking about life and games and made the silly jokes while we played Cards . You were just so funny and charismatic  I will never forget that . Man just thinking back at it we really had some good times . You were always  so supportive and so positive. like no matter what happened or what we went threw you were just so positive and you looked on the bright side of things and that really impacted me and inspired me . The girls used to come stay with us and they together everywhere here either playing with the dogs or cows and always drawing really good artist.

I remember all the times we would be up at 4-5am watching anime or calling while you were at work us talking about your coworkers and how your boss would always complain :/ i hope for your rest to be a good one you are missed. Love you Cara

God bless you all, Cara was a kind and supportive person. I’ve spoken to her a bit but I wanted to know her better. But my best memory of her was when she supported me on driving I explained in a call with her I was afraid of driving and she backed me up and supported me till I got my license she didn’t know me all that well and she did all of that I’m glad to have her as a friend and I’ll hold her in my heart always and I’ll always cherish the laughs and every call and moments we shared❤️🙏🏾.

I cant believe youre gone and we had our final conversation the morning you passed our last conversation about you feeling sick and taking about youre cat power having kittens
