David Edwin Beste

David Edwin Beste, age 58 and a lifetime resident of Warren, died Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. David was born March 11, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Lawrence Beste and the late Joan (nee: Salmoni) Beste.David was raised in Warren and graduated from Lincoln High School. He would later go to work for the Fitzgerald Public School district in their custodial department. David was employed with the Fitzgerald Schools for more than 20 years before retiring.When David was not working, he could often be found working out and exercising at home. When it came time for stepping out, David and Karen loved their dinners away from home,...and a special night would include a little dancing together. Additionally, both of them enjoyed traveling and camping with some of their fondest camping memories being those shared up north at Sleeping Bear Dunes and also at Mackinaw. And like many men, a favorite pastime was often enjoyed through the simple pleasure of kicking back at home and taking in one of his preferred sporting events.David Beste was the loving Husband of Karen, and the beloved son of the late Lawrence and Joan Beste. He is also the dear brother of Michael Beste and Lawrence Beste. A Memorial Service for David will be conducted at 11:00am on Tuesday, November 11th in the Chapel at Renaissance Unity Church, 11200 E. 11 Mile Road in Warren. A Gathering & Visitation time will be held in the chapel from 10:00am until the time of the service. Following the service, a reception will take place in the "Mystic Grounds Room" of the church.
