My heart goes out to the family of David. Dave had such a great personality and a smile to match. I never saw him without that smile of his. He was always smiling. I remember all the good times we had with him and Brian. Its sad to see a young person taken so soon from us. He will always be missed. Remember the good times and the joy you shared caused that is something you will always have.

i really don't know what to say but dave was one of my best friends in high school and i loved him very much and will miss him with all my heart. for daves parents i'm so sorry for ur lose and i wish there was a way i could bring ur son back my prayers are with u and god bless.....

The first time I met Dave, he found a place in my heart that will forever be his. He will be sorely missed by many. I'll miss his smile, his laugh, and just about everything about him forever. Dave, Its been 5 months since you been gone and there are days were i wish i would of went by the week before you passed when you asked me to instead of telling you i was busy, It still hurts knowing my best friend is gone. i went out state for awhile hoping i could get over the loss of you but it didnt work they way i hoped, I hope your mom and dad and brothers are doing ok, they all been in my thoughts and prayers. and i hope Andrea is doing ok. Dave, The time has gone, But you have not, Each day I find myself attempting to you call. I recently had a feeling you were watching over me. I had the feeling as if you were kissing the back of my neck, like you used to do. What we had was so real. I have yet to forgive you for leaving me the way you did, Although I am married, I have yet to be able to move on. There are days when your pictures find me. your voice pops into my head. and the smell of you lingers on me. How I wouldn't do anything to fell you, to kiss your lips just one more time. Dave was a great friend and considered a part of the Slone Family. I remember the day i met you working at Value City. I will never forget you. Joan and Bob, Our hearts go out to you at this difficult time. David was a wonderful, caring person. He was always the first to jump the fence to come over and help Dave with anything in the backyard from moving cars around and furniture up and down stairs to putting up decorations for Devon's birthday parties. You never had to ask twice, heck most of the time you never even had to ask, he was just there for you. He was a wonderful soul with a big heart and God knew that and needed him for himself. We love you both and will always be here for you.

Many deep condolences to the Greif family.Dave and I spent many days and years together hanging out fishing at Metro Beach and the nine mile pier. We also spent many of nights playing pool at the butterfly.

I am so sorry for your lose. Dave was a person that you can honestly say stayed on your mind. I can remember when we worked together and when him and my daughter Rose started becomming great friends. They both wore smiles that could light up the sky. I will miss hearing how he is doing. He is now in a better place and he is watching over all of us. So with this I say I am sorry for your lose and Dave will be in all our hearts and souls. We love you Dave. I loved Dave like he was one of my children. I will miss him very much. I am so sorry to hear that dave has passed on to the otherside. I am an old friend of dave's, and was shocked and surprised to hear the news. He is in a better place now and he will always be remembered by the ones that loved him the most.

It hurts to see that a childhood friend as passed. I will always remember all the things that we did together. From fishing at the GM pond or with MR. Thacker, to hopping on the 12 mile bus to hang at Unviversal Mall. Even your crazy neighbor that never cut his grass, I will not go into detail of what we did but you know, it even made the paper. Dave look over you family and loved ones, I know you will always be with them.

I just found out tonight about the passing of Dave, almost a year ago. I can not express how sad this makes me and I just want to say how sorry I am to his family for their loss. He was a very special person to me and will forever have a place in my heart. Dave and his family will be in my prayers forever. God bless.
