She was born on July 25, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan, to her loving parents, Roger and Madeline Nadon. Deanne was raised in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, and attended Lakeview High School, where she built many lifelong friendships and memories.
On April 26, 1974, she married the love of her life and soulmate, Blair. Together they shared 52 wonderful years of marriage, building a life centered on love, family, and laughter. Deanne and Blair raised three children and later found immense joy watching their grandchildren grow.
Family meant everything to Deanne. She could almost always be found cheering from the sidelines at her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events, proudly supporting them in all they did. She lived life to the fullest and found happiness in life’s simple pleasures, tending to her garden, camping trips, caring for her pets, and spending time fishing.
Deanne was known for her kind heart, her quick wit, and her unmistakable sense of humor. She loved to laugh and often summed up life with her favorite saying: “It is what it is.” And of course, she was always searching for that perfect cup of coffee, something very few people could make quite right.
She leaves behind her beloved husband of 52 years, Blair; her loving children, Brea (Gary) Pringle, Tamara Galloway, and Thomas (Petrina) Galloway; and her cherished grandchildren, Ryder, Davin, Charlie, Thomas, Vincenzo, and Petrina Galloway, and Trisha, Tyler, and Travis Pringle
Deanne was also the dear sister of Richard (the late Barb) and Paul (Marcy), and the late David (Kathleen) and the late Philip.
She will be deeply missed by many other loving family members and treasured friends whose lives she touched with her warmth, humor, and kindness.
Deanne will be remembered for the laughter she shared, the love she gave so freely, and the pride she had for her family. Those who knew her know the best way to honor her is to spend time with the people you love, cheer a little louder from the sidelines, and enjoy a good cup of coffee, just the way she liked it. And as Deanne would say with a smile, “It is what it is.”
A memorial service will be held at a future date. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers as they remember and celebrate Deanne’s life.
