Dillon Michael Sparks

Dillon Michael Sparks, age 23, died Friday, April 14, 2017 at his home in Warren. Dillon was born December 20, 1993 at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, son of Michael Gene Sparks and Sandra Kay (nee: DeSelm) Sparks.Dillon was raised in Warren where he attended Carter Middle School and Cousino High School. As a young boy, Dillon was your typical kid who was passionate about Power Rangers and Pokémon. As Dillon got older, he played sports including soccer, football, and track. Later he found his way to the skate parks... primarily riding with the skateboarders on his roller-blades. He also loved to watch scary movies and funny comedies with his friends.Following his schooling, Dillon worked various jobs as a stock clerk. When he was not working, he loved to be around his friends and play video games. Dillon was very outgoing and personable,...however, a bit of a loud talker as well. Among his other passions was his love for Detroit sports, especially the Detroit Red Wings, along with his huge ball cap collection.Dillon was the loving son of Michael G. and Sandra K. Sparks. He was the dear brother of Jenna (Cory Simms) Sparks, and the beloved Grandson of Leevon Sparks. He was the cherished boyfriend of Leslie Judkins. Dillon is also survived by countless loving aunts, uncles and cousins, and lastly his canine companion, Cocoa. Visitation for Dillon will be held Thursday, April 20th from 5-9pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road) in Warren. Funeral Services will be held Friday, 10:00 am at the Funeral Home, with Reverend Jerry Weinzierl officiating.
