Born in Kenockee Twp, Michigan to the late Lee and Grace Kolman, Donald served honorably in the United States Army. During his time in the Army he learned how to be a Barber. His career brought him great purpose and he found joy in the friends he made while working in Warren. A longtime member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Warren, Donald loved his family and friends above all else. His wife Janet was the love of his life. Some the most cherished memories they had were of their travels around all 50 states and abroad. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend, Donald will be missed dearly by all who survive him.
Beloved husband of 64 years to the late Janet Kolman. Dear father of the late Kristal Vezina. Cherished grandfather of Elizabeth, Heather, and Sandra. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
