Georgann Accettola, age 75 of Warren, died Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at her daughter's home surrounded by her loving family. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, one of her most profound traits was enveloped by her "passionate" nature. Georgann possessed a passion for her family that was unmatched by any other, and it all began in 1957. It was then that the story of her family took wing when she promised herself in marriage to her beloved, Americo. On that memorable day the two became one in holy matrimony and their journey began in building a home, raising three beautiful children, and growing deeper in love with each passing day. They would go on to share over 57 years together until her passing on Tuesday. With sad hearts we say good-bye to Georgann,...but" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">...but we know it's with pure joy they will reunite again in Heaven. As the story of her life continues, many knew her well will be able to attest to Georgann's immense passion when it came to her opinions. A strong will, determined mind, but yet a woman that you would always find with a smile on her face, a happy go lucky personality, and loved by all for her honesty, compassion, and caring soul. She was a wonderful cook (best known for her homemade Pizza), a lover of movies, and music,...sometimes you could even catch her dancing and singing around the house. She would sing special songs to her grandchildren when they were little. The songs included; I'm in the Army now, Daisy, and by the light of the silvery moon. One of her all time favorites was "We're off to see the Wizard."Yes, Georgann truly defined the phrase passionate in so many ways,...but none-to-much as that which she held for her family. She loved them all deeply and held them in the highest regard. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will be a constant reminder of the impact she made and the care she possessed. She will be missed immensely and loved eternally. She leaves you with one of her favorite sayings: "That's why darling its incredible, that someone so unforgettable, thinks that I'm unforgettable too."She was the beloved wife of Americo of 57 years. Loving mother of Christine, Joey, and Gino. Devoted grandmother of Arcangelo, Anna Maria, Anthony, Americo, and Dante. Dear sister of Judith (Dave), Betty (Bob), Rosemary, Joanne (Larry), George, and Jimmy. A Memorial Visitation will be held on September 27, 2014, at Noon until the time of her Memorial Service at 2:30pm at the D.S.
