Geraldine "Geri" M. Podgorski, age 86, of Warren, Michigan passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024. She was born on September 14, 1938, in Sykesville, Pennsylvania to her late parents Joseph and Mary Pruzinsky.
Geri’s greatest joy was spending time with family and never wanted to miss an important event. She enjoyed spending time at their second home in Lewiston, Michigan, which was a wonderful retreat to relax and recharge.
She is survived by her husband, Richard, her children the late Karen (John) Schmidt, Dave (Linda), Jeff (Susan), Lynne (Scott) Miller, and the late Doug (Julie). Adored grandmother of twelve and great-grandmother of 8. Cherished sister of late Joe Pruzinsky, Marilyn Kubat, Elizabeth VanGoethem, and William Pruzinsky.
A Funeral Mass for Geri will be held on Monday, December 30th. She will lie In State from 12:30pm until the time of her Funeral Mass at 1:00pm at St. Mary, Our Lady Queen of Families- St. Clement Site, 25320 Van Dyke, Center Line 48015.
