Oh Heidi, were do I begin to tell the story. Going to Cousino together we managed to land jobs at Montgomery Wards through DECA. All those fun times, the new people we met, the parties we attended and all the while you would just take it all in with child like wonder. That is what I admired most about you, your innocence in this crazy world we live in. And I will forever remember your wonderful giggles and how your face would get so ruby red when you laughed. Speaking of red, that red car, in the middle of winter driving home from Wards at 9:15 pm and the windows would have ice on them, in the inside! That car had no heat, but we did manage somehow. Fish tailing and laughing all the way home! Even though miles separated us, I still always considered you a very close friend. The times we did get together, we would pick up just where we left off, without a glimpse a time passage. Then you got you own place and I couldn't have been happier for you. Reading all your daily posts on Facebook even made the geographical distance seem less and less. How I wish you could still be here with us Heidi. Looking forward to retirement with the rest of your fellow Cousino Patriots! I sure am going to miss you, Heidi. But I certainly am glad that I knew you and we're considered a friend of yours. Heidi was one of the sweetest people I know. She loved to cook, she would make homemade treats and bring them into the office to share with everyone. She would talk about her favorite recipes and watch the cooking channel/food network during her lunch hour. She loved working here too. She was dearly loved and cared for and will be missed. God Bless the family, they are in my thoughts and prayers.

We are deeply sorry for your loss. The world is a lesser place.

I am saddened to hear about Heidi's passing. I will always remember her as such a sweet and kind person. My sympathies to her family and friends.
