Irene P. Bieniek, 84, of Roseville, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2010 at Autumn Woods Nursing Home in Warren. She was born on February 9, 1926 in Oil City, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Phillip and Stella (nee Lukasak) Walentowski, and was the youngest of 10 children. In addition to being a homemaker, Irene worked for many years at the Pepsi Bottling Plant in Pennsylvania and later, delivered newspapers in Detroit. She enjoyed spending time with her five grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Debbie (Mike) Momola, Alan (Cheryl) Bieniek and Ray (Susan) Bieniek; and loving grandchildren, Sara, Chris, Kaitlin, Jennifer and Lauren. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Bieniek in 1983. A family visitation will take place 9:30 am Friday, December 17, 2010 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church, 8200 Rolyat, Detroit, followed by a memorial mass at 10 am.
