Irene Phillips

Irene Phillips, age 76, passed away suddenly on April 6, 2026. She was born on February 12, 1950, in Liège, Belgium. At the age of two, she immigrated with her family to Canada, and later moved to the United States after getting married.

Irene will be deeply missed by her surviving spouse of 55 wonderful years, Laura Phillips; her children, Rita Collins, Eric (Shannan) Phillips, and Aron (Gerri) Phillips; her grandchildren, Kristopher, Jessica, David, Anastasia, Elizabeth, Alexander, and Nathaniel; and her six great-grandchildren and two on the way.

Irene loved animals, enjoyed watching movies, and found joy in exploring her inner artist. She will be remembered for the life she built across countries, the family she loved, and the unique spirit she brought to those who knew her.

Though her passing was sudden and heartbreaking, her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who loved her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and cherished memories that will not be forgotten.
