John L. Kaczor, age 90 of Sterling Heights, died Saturday November 7, 2009 at Windemere Park Senior Community in Warren. John was born September 17, 1919 in Hamtramck, the son of the late Bernard and the late Frances Kaczor. John was a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served our country during WWII along with being a Panama Canal Participant . He was also proud to have worked for the Ford Motor Company for many years in transmissions. John will be greatly missed, especially by his loving family and friends. John was the beloved husband of Irene for 65 years. He was the loving father of Patricia (Ed) Visnyak and Donna (Michael) Caumartin. Dear grandfather of Edward John, Lance, Joshua, and Brenden. Visitation for John will be held on Wednesday from 5-9 pm and on Thursday from 2-9 pm with a 6:30 pm Scripture Service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 Mile Rd). John will lie In State on Friday at 9:30 am until the time of his Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at St. Anne Catholic Church. Officiating the Funeral Liturgy will be Rev. Fr. Alberto Bondy. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Please share memories of John at his Guest Book.
