

Born January 24, 1938 in the state of Tennessee to the late Monroe Lafever and Ravenell (Charles) Wiloughby, Kathy was a devoted wife and mother. Kathy worked at Hazel Park Schools until retirement in 1996 as a supervisor. A member of Grace Christian Church in Sterling Heights for over 10 years, she was also a member of Eastern Star. Aside from her dedication to her faith, Kathy’s other commitment was to her family; she loved her family above all else. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Kathy will be dearly missed.
Beloved wife of James for 67 years. Cherished mother of Vickie (William E. Endean) L. McCurry-Endean, James (Rosanna McCurry) H. McCurry Jr., and Kimberly R. McCurry. Loving grandmother of Stephen C. McCurry, Joshua (Hayley) G. McCurry, William (Alexandria) J. Endean, and Sarah (Jonathan) B. Pierik. Caring great-grandmother of six (with one on the way), and great-great grandmother of one. Dear sister of Charlene Cleghorn of Indiana, and Sherry Alexander of Tennessee, and the late Deanna Rayburn, Patricia Rifner, Charles Wiloughby, and Floyd Lafever.
Visitation Tuesday, May 25th from 2 until 9pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren. Family will be Instate at 10am until time of Funeral service 11am Wednesday at Grace Christian Church, 33801 Van Dyke Avenue in Sterling Heights. Burial to take place at Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak.
