Lorraine Meservy

Lorraine Meservy, age 91, went to be with her Lord on January 22, 2023. She was a longtime resident of Roseville, Michigan. Beloved wife of the late James for 55 years. Dear mother of Clifford (Deb), Susan (Ralph) Kunert, Pamela (Joseph) Daniele and Keith Meservy. Loving grandmother of Jennifer (Michael), Joel (Anna), Jay (Kelsey), Angela, Vince (Bailey), Michael (Samantha), Scott (Chelsea) and Austin. Proud great grandmother of Graham, Bennett, Eloise, Llewyn, Amelia, Hannah and Margot.

She was a member of The Woods Church in Warren, Michigan and previously active at the Roseville Missionary Church for many years. Lorraine enjoyed reading (always had a new library book ready to start after she completed the current one), shopping (you can never have too many purses) and was an avid Yahtzee player! She was a wonderful cook and baker, the family often gathered for her delicious Sunday roast. She started baking her fabulous Christmas cookies in early December and they disappeared quickly as they were shared by many friends and family.

Lorraine enjoyed traveling and took many vacations over the years with her family, throughout the United States. A phrase she repeated often to all her family was “I am so blessed.”

Visitation Friday, January 27, 2023 from 3pm to 8pm at D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road in Warren. Instate Saturday at 10:30am until the time of a Funeral Service at 11am at The Woods Church, 14300 East 13 Mile Road in Warren. Interment at Christian Memorial Cultural Center in Rochester Hills.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Woods Church.
