Marilynn Ann McDonald

Marilynn Ann Jakubowski-McDonald, age 89, of Bloomfield, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Marilynn was born May 27, 1932, in Detroit, Michigan. Daughter of the late Stanley and Irene (nee Andrysiak) Temrowski.

Marilynn graduated from the Detroit Institute of Technology, and worked as a pharmacist for over 45 years. She was a long time member of the Bloomfield Village Club. Marilynn enjoyed spending time with her many friends and large family, and playing cards. Marilynn also enjoyed keeping up with the latest fashions. She was always sure to dress up and look nice wherever she went. Marilynn will be loved eternally and missed beyond measure.

Marilynn was the beloved wife of Dr. Robert McDonald and the late Dr. Robert Jakubowski. Loving mother of Linda (Jeff) Reitmyer, Kathy (John) Kause, and Karen (Bill) Gust. Dear grandmother of Michael, Matthew, Nicholas, Mary Kathryn, Carolyn, John, Jennifer, Alison, and David. Dear sister of the late Donald (Beverly) Temrowski and the late James (Gretchen) Temrowski.

Marilynn will lie in state on Saturday, October 23rd at 10:30am until the time of her Funeral Mass at 11:00am at St. Hugo of the Hills Catholic Church, 2215 Opdyke Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI. Arrangements entrusted to the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home in Warren, Michigan.
