Mary Jane Briscoe

Mary Jane Briscoe (nee: Farnam), age 68 of Center Line, died Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at Father Murray Nursing Center in Center Line. Mary Jane was born August 31, 1939 in Buffalo, New York the daughter of the late David Farnam and the late Fern (nee: French) Farnam. She is survived by her husband Larry Briscoe. Dear mother of Donald Zakrzewski, Terry (Keith) Kresge, Leonard (Carol) Zakrzewski, Larry Zakrzewski, April (Chris) Renkema, Bobby Briscoe, and Kris (Holly) Briscoe. Sister of Charlotte Stepaniak, Kay Wismer, Pat Hatley, Dennis Farnam, Jim Farnam, and Gloria Lysy. Mary was raised in the Detroit area, and after she married her first husband, lived in Oscoda and Houston Texas. Since 1991 Mary resided with her husband Larry in the Warren and Center Line area. She worked for a short time but was primarily a homemaker who enjoyed her crafts and playing Bingo. Mary Jane also loved spending time with her 15 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mary Jane will be Saturday 3pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 mile). Officiating the services will be Rev. Jerry Weinzierl.
