Mary Budowick

Mary Budowick age 83 a longtime resident of Warren, Michigan died June 28, 2012 at her home in Warren surrounded by her loving family. Mary was born January 21, 1929 in Chicago Illinois, the daughter of the late John and Mary Pristup.Mary was raised in Illinois and later worked as a young woman for Sexton Food Processing. She met and married the love of her life John Budowick and moved to his home state of Michigan. Mary again would work for the Detroit office of Sexton Food Processing in their accounting office. Mrs. Budowick also worked later in life after her children were raised for Jackson Automotive Products.During her life Mrs. Budowick's primary job was to be the best 'stay at home' mother possible. She raised her children in wonderful home environment and also was a great cook who loved tending to her rose garden. Quiet time at home was spent enjoying television and musicals. She had special fondness for the Wizard of Oz. Mary also enjoyed the old cowboy westerns.Mrs. Budowick and her husband enjoyed traveling and visiting family and friends. She also bowled and crocheted as hobbies.Mrs. Budowick was the beloved wife of John Budowick, and the dear mother of Diane Farrar, Kenneth, and Michael Budowick. She is the loving grandmother of Amy Farrar, Brian, David Budowick, and great-grandmother of Blake Budowick. Mrs. Budowick is also survived by her sister Helen Scheibenreif. Memorial visitation will be held July 15th from 12 Noon until the time of the Memorial Service 2pm, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ' Mile) in Warren.
