Born in Warren to the late Wendelin and Helene Tittjung, Michael loved his family and adored being an uncle. A camping and nature lover, Michael and his nieces and nephews would go out to Lexington, MI to camp whenever they could. He cherished the memories of exploring and taking in the views and when he’d come home he would cuddle with his dogs. Michael was a talented and passionate gameplayer; he had a vast collection of memorabilia for the games he would play. Michael’s knack for exploring also drew him to different thrift stores and garage sales for the unique collectables he could bring him to show his family. Michael was also very close with his mom and when she came ill he took her into his home and cared for her for many years. Despite the health struggles Michael faced himself in the last years and months before his passing, he never let it stop him from living his life or being happy. Michael will be missed dearly by all who survive him.
Beloved son of the late Wendelin and Helene Tittjung. Dear brother of Helena (Earl) Tapert, Johan Tittjung, and the late Wendelin Tittjung. Loving uncle of Tom Tapert and Lisa (Sean) Baker. Also survived by great-nieces Lily, Sophia and Ana.
