Rita J. O'Brien

Rita Jane O'Brien, of Warren, died Sunday, February 12, 2006 at St. John Macomb Hospital Center. Mrs. OBrien was born in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Thom. She is survived by her loving husband John Jack OBrien. She is also the loving mother of Jan (John) Gravel, Mary Jane (Greg) Kolodziejski, Dave (Renee) OBrien, Cathy (Kurt) Kreiter, John (Jean) OBrien, Kim (Gary) Cooper, also predeceased by her twin infant sons. Cherished grandmother of Erin, Melissa, Matt, Kevin, Kelly, Mike, Amy, Sarah, Justin, James, Jessica, Abby Jane, and Mitchell. Mrs. OBrien worked as a switchboard operator prior to becoming a stay at home Mom. After her children were raised Mrs. OBrien worked for many years at the Keith Bovenschen School, part of the Macomb Intermediate School District, as a lunchroom aid. Visitation for Mrs. OBrien will be Tuesday from 3-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 Mile). A Rosary Service will also be held Tuesday at 7 pm. Funeral Wednesday in state 10:30 am at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Officiating the funeral will be Rev. Fr. Roman Pasieczny.
