Robert Joseph Bush

Bob was born in Detroit, raised in Warren, and graduated from Cousino High School in 1977. Bob loved cars and made his career in the automotive industry as a mechanic, and in automotive research and development as well. Bob had a good heart and was a kind and helpful individual. He loved to play Santa Claus, and was good enough to be the Santa Claus for Meadowbrook Hall in Rochester, Michigan. 

Bob was married to the late Deborah Jill "Debbie" Durphey. They had no children but happily raised birds and 2 cats: Midnight and Pearl. Dear brother of JoAnn Hughes of Mexia, Texas and Thomas A. Bush of Macomb, Michigan. Loving uncle of Hannah (Gary Pesta) Bush of Spring Hill, Tennessee, Olivia (James) Bryans of Canton, Michigan, and Garrett Bush of Macomb, Michigan. 

Private funeral services for Bob will be held Sunday, May 17, 2020 at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home in Warren, for immediate family only per COVID 19 restrictions.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
