

Bob was born on June 24,1934 in Athol, Massachusetts moving to Michigan when he was a child. He was one of six children born to Robert and Lucy Isrow (both preceded in death) . Survived by his siblings Bernice, Ray, Beverly, preceded in death Donald and Russell.
Bob was a beloved husband married to Elaine Haslett for 36 years, together enjoying the love of their blended family.
Bob worked as a carpenter at Bi-County hospital until his retirement in 1996.
His first three years once retired, he and Elaine referred to themselves as the traveling gypsies, traveling throughout the United States in their 36’ Dolphin motor home. After they settled down dividing their residency between Warren Michigan and Naples Florida.
He enjoyed cooking, specialized in baking bread. He enjoyed square dancing, camping, play cards and Dominos. In his younger years he trained and raised horses, was an avid lover for all animals. He loved to work with his hands and was a jack of all trades.
Bob is survived by his wife Elaine, children, Charlene Demo, Pam Harris, Robert (Debbie) Isrow, Barbara Isrow. Step children Linda (Darrin) Van Bibber, Donald (Dawn) Haslett, preceded in death Virginia (James) Bickley.
Between his blended family he was a grandfather, great grandfather and great, great grandfather.

Visitation Wednesday, March 9th from 2pm until 6pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road in Warren. Funeral Service Thursday, March 10th at 10am with burial to follow at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to UNICEF, the National Kidney Foundation in Michigan, or the American Cancer Society.
