Rose Ann Licausi was born to the late Ira E. and Rose Belcher. She was the beloved wife of Nicholas A. Licausi, mother of Roxanne, Gabrielle, step-mother of Lisa and grandmother of Levi and Alexzandrea, sister of Ira E. Jr., James Belcher, and Marta (Jay) Waelchli. She was the aunt of Kodi, Sonja, Chance, Mason, and Sagely, and great aunt of Brendon, Hayden, and Mariah.
She was a caregiver to many people in her life. She was a vibrant soul who deeply enjoyed the company of her loved ones, music, reading, poetry, classical films, and fashion.
Loyal, a rebel, a beautiful flower who will never be forgotten. She will live on in our hearts and be an angel in everlasting eternity.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 24, from 2:00PM until 8:00PM, and on Friday, February 25, from 2:00PM until the time of the Funeral Service at 7:00PM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, at Masonic, in Warren
