Susann Gail Palmer, age 76, of Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023. Susann was born on January 26, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois, to her loving parents the late Frank and the late Jean Rose.
Susann spent a good portion of her adult life helping her husband build their company Starmaker Entertainment, working in the sales department. Her biggest career achievement was winning the volunteer of the year award at the Lodestar Day Resource Center, which turned into a full time position with the Homeless ID Project where she helped the homeless obtain their birth certificates in order to find solid employment. Susann loved reading, knitting, seeing live shows, going out to dinner and spending quality time with her grandkids.
Susann is the beloved wife of 44 years to the late Ken Palmer. She is the loving mother of Jaime (Kirk), Josh (Jennifer), Abbe, and Robin. Cherished grandmother of Dylan, Sophie, Jacob, Joy, John, and Emmerson. Dear sister to Byron and Sheldon Rose.
