Veronica Elizabeth Gennette-Jazowski

Veronica was the former wife and dear friend of the late Kevin Jazowski. The beloved mother of Kristian (Cheron) Gennette and Kevin Gennette. The cherished grandmother of Brandon Gennette, Taylor (Chris) Nixon, Rachel Gennette, and Matison Gennette. Proud great grandmother of Maci Nixon, Skylar Hardges, and Jaxon Nixon. Dear sister of Peggy, the late Cindy, the late Jan, the late Donna, and the late Scott. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and close friends.

Veronica lived a life rooted in love, loyalty, and joy. She was dedicated to the people she cared about, and if you were loved by her, you never doubted it. She adored the outdoors, especially the beach, and spent countless hours fishing and traveling with friends. Family gatherings were never complete without her enthusiasm for games, and her weekly euchre nights with friends were a cherished ritual. Veronica dedicated more than 35 years of service to Warren Consolidated Schools, including 20 years as a bus driver before becoming the head custodian at Warren Mott High School. Her work ethic, kindness, and spirit touched generations of students and staff. She was dedicated to those she loved, and you always knew when you were loved by her.

A visitation will be held on December 17, 2025, from 2:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 7:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, located at 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren, Michigan.
